At TUĞBA, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our fashion collections. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your TUĞBA account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached; please ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
